PSA possibility?

Haven’t sent off before, but have this an an Ethan’s Ho-Oh SIR that both look pretty good to me - appreciate the opinions of anyone familiar with the grading. I know that 10s for MHR/gold cards are miserably rare so not getting my hopes up, but it’s great for me nonetheless. I’m thinking it’s probably a little bottom heavy.
