I am an international student in the UK with Iraqi passport. I am planning to visit EU with my wife and daughter (one year old) for two weeks. I am in the UK alone for now but my family will apply for UK visa for now. But we are also planning to apply for France visa. I will apply in london and my wife and daughter in Iraq. I am not sure if this is good idea, please give us good tips. For your info, I have had a German Schengen student short visa but before more than 51 months.

I am in a fully funded scholarship and my wife is working at a uni, we have been working in the past five years and we have good bank statements from UK and Iraq too.
