22/F I’m looking for recommendations for good psychiatrists or therapists in Kottayam. Preferably someone who is understanding, non-judgmental, and experienced. I’m specifically looking for someone who is patient and open to listening instead of just prescribing meds and ending the session. I’m at a point where I really want proper support, not just a 5-minute consultation. I’d really appreciate personal experiences (good/bad).
