I encountered this noise with my 1999 mustang gt yesterday. I was sitting in a drive thru and i heard this loud rotating sound. It does it and goes and comes back every now and then. It happens even with the AC off so i’m not sure what it is. I don’t seem to hear it once i accelerate.
