Is this a reasonable build for my needs?

Hellooo! I need to bite the bullet on a pc asap because the cost of ram and gpus is freakin me out. I think despite part pickers estiamted 2400, itll be around 2800-3k with shipping costs to aus. I think what I want advice on is my gpu, cpu and motherboard choices(are they overkill?). I'm going to be using the pc for my design school programs, (adobe & revit) as well as for sims, minecraft etc. I don't mind investing more money now if it means the pc will last me longerrr.

Please enlighten me THANK U <3 <3

I need a pc >:-). I wanna build into this case: Jonsbo TK-3 (https://www.ple.com.au/products/665676/jonsbo-tk-3-full-tower-atx-case-white)

I'll be using the pc for gaming and also my design school programs like adobe & AutoCAD/Revit. I want good graphics that I don't have to upgrade for like 5 years at least. My most played game will probably be the sims lmaoo.

I want at least 32gb ram, and preferably nvidia geforce RTX (obviously idk wtf the differences are tho so I can be convinced for smth else) and preferably an all white build!!!!!

my budget is max 2.5K AUD, given that itll last me a long while/ is upgrageable.

Thank you anyone for your wisdommm <3
