I was gifted these flowers a few days ago and they are already starting to die out. How do I take care of these? TIA!

I left the plant indoors for one day, took it outside another day, and brought it back in doors today. Right now it is near a window. There is no water drainage and we give it water once a day (until it is about moist, about half a cup of water). I can't tell if it's an outdoor plant or indoor.

I have woken up with bites all over my body for the past couple of weeks. First, it was my neck, then it went down to my shoulders and arms, and they even bit my leg. This has happened on five separate occasions and I have deep cleaned my room, now my living room.

The first couple of pictures are of a bug I found in my room. I added bed bug inceptors under the legs of my bed, so this is what it caught.

For the past couple of week, I have woken up with bites or rash like features all over my body. It's only mildly itchy—I feel that mosquito bites are way worse. I have been to the doctor and they told me they didn't seem to largely reflect beg bugs, but that maybe it could be bed bugs but that I just react differently to them. I was treated for scabies and I am still waiting to see if the scabies cream works. I feel that this may be carpet beetles, but I don't think carpet beetles bite. They mainly give people allergic reactions?

The last couple of pictures are behind my large fish tank in my living room. I think I was bit when I was in the living room, so I am in the process of deep cleaning my living room.

I just wanted to see what this is before consulting with an exterminator. I prefer not going that route because it is pricey, but if that is our best resort, then I will do it.
