Playing as DWS. If i coexist, am I a neighbour?
If i add units to someones planet in a coexistence, am I now a neighbour with them?

Here's a scenario. I move my war sun somewhere and trigger my hero. Supernova appears and the war sun stays. When the war sun makes units via Star Forge, can these units appear in the supernova? Or will i need the faction tech to allow this?
