Possible Business Idea???

Looking for a Biomedical Engineer Co-Founder AgTech Hardware Startup (Equity Only, Early Stage)
Hey everyone I genuinely believe I could change livestock health monitoring and I’m looking for a technical co-founder who wants to build something real from the ground up.
The concept in a nutshell:
A tick inspired clip on device that attaches behind a livestock animal’s ear. It uses two gold or platinum-tipped microneedles to make contact with a surface vein and pass a small, harmless bioelectric pulse through the blood. The returning electrical signal is transmitted raw to a cloud platform where an AI interprets it detecting early signs of illness like infection, inflammation, and pathogen markers before the farmer can see any visible symptoms.
The device also passively monitors temperature, heart rate, and movement 24/7 using a solar panel and duty-cycle clock to manage power. If you think this is a viable concept and/or would like to advise me on it because I’m not certified in the subject or anything I would highly appreciate some feedback or advice from you guys !
