Not originally from the area and desperately seeking a therapist for trauma/panic
A little about me- I’ve been struggling with panic attacks and agoraphobia (?) for about ten years now. It started to the point that I couldn’t leave my house. I’m able to now and have expanded my “safe zone” but not able to travel or fly (fear of losing control or feeling stuck). I’m now married with children and desperate to work through it so that I can travel again. I’m sad with myself and tired of feeling stuck in this safe bubble I’ve created for myself.
Any direction is much appreciated- I just want my life back.
