Let’s just say this; I actually feel bad for the Mediacom Techs, they literally have put everything new in my house but there’s still always a problem. The techs have done their part but the maintenance department of mediacom always put bandaids instead of putting a long term solution whenever there’s a problem.

Maintenance just doesn’t care! can’t imagine how many customers take it out on techs who don’t any control on the main aspect….they only get paid minimum wage too!
