Today after the seller and I have been dealing with non-stop calls to FedEx, due to my package sitting at the Memphis hub after clearance with no movement, I get a notification that it will be delivery today. It made it to Ontario, CA, at 6:30 AM at their sorting hub and then to my local facility and into a delivery truck. My driver’s name was Frank according to the app. Just got an email that there was an update, and I check the app to see this gem. Anyone got any information on why this is happening? It seems more likely that my package is still in Memphis as the timeline doesn’t exactly make sense. It no longer shows this in the history but it says it made it all the way from Memphis to Ontario, CA in 2 hours.
