Milk through tablet charging port, volume + sound buttons
Really sorry for any misspellings these phone keys are really small.
So today I woke up, 3 am to my tablet (fire 15 I believe? Around 3 years old) Saying it had moisture in the charging port (Hadn't been charging at the time). I just flipped it upside down and put it to the side because this happens semi-often and I was half asleep. It took my 45 mins to realize the spot of my bed it was propped up on was fully wet.
(I am in a bunkbed with my sister, me on bottom and her on top.) She had a cup of milk in her bunk and it must've spilt. She usually has full cups and it looked like 1/5 was gone.
The tablet was charging port up (including buttons for volume, earphone plug and power button.
The milk spilt down the side and into all of those hokes, I don't know how long it could've been there but about 5 hrs at most.
I took its case off and removed all the milk i could then kept it upside down for 4 hours.
My dad took the back off and it looks completely dry though its still not working and he says that with the way he removed the back it may nut work again.
When I tried backing up my art the volume buttons didn't work and the power button took me to the camera app. 8% and suddenly turned off at 4% when I was in the middle of transferring art to google drive.
Really upset as it had days worth on art in there I was proud of and animations most of which i didn't back up.
My dad seems reluctant to go to an expert, there aren't many he knows near us.
