I currently have a hairline shape (1st photo) that messes with my overall face frame. It looks rounded on one side and totally flat and square on the other side. It is painfully obvious in photos and I end up always mirroring my photos. What are my options if I want to change it up and achieve a rounded, “oval" hairline (similar to next 2 photos) that creates a circular frame around the top my forehead? Is it even possible? TIA 😊

Hi all, I am dealing with the death of my father from back in Dec 2024. He was living in a rehabilitation facility as he was on kidney dialysis and had a leg amputated. He randomly fell backwards off of his wheelchair when going up a ramp(?) inside of the facility during a physical therapy session. He apparently told the physical therapist that he did NOT hit his head and did not want to get transferred over to the hospital. They called my mom five hours later to inform her of the fall (they were unmarried but she had POA- don’t know if that matters). When my mom got to the rehab center, my dad passed out. He was pronounced brain dead with a brain bleed and passed away. They said they couldn’t do much since he was on 3 separate blood thinners and the bleeding could not be contained.

I hired a lawyer for medical malpractice/wrongful death since my dad falling was 100% preventable in my opinion. He was a fall risk patient on blood thinners and should have been monitored 100% of the time he was in physical therapy. The lawyer just got back to me to tell me that they cannot move forward with the case because my dad already had a “poor quality of life” before the fall, and would have passed from the head injury regardless of how soon he was transported to the hospital.

I just want some advice regarding this matter and if I should seek a second opinion or just accept that it was a careless accident. This is AZ by the way. Thank you.

NOTE: the lawyer I had was primarily focused in Texas but mentioned they practiced in AZ as well. I never ONCE talked to the actual lawyer and was always directed to the paralegal. They took a year and 5 months to tell me they can’t represent.
