I had signed contact F almost 1.5 months ago and going to expire soon, unfortunately I heard news from my employer that they are not renewing my contract, I have this in writing and also provivde bank email not being able to move forward with my application. I have provided all this and cleanly under financing clause, the contract is null and void if I dont have financing approved. The agency is chasing and claiming im defaulting or delaying despite providing all this, assuming this is all the normal language and attempts, especially at this time? Should I just wait for it to expire, losing my job with clean paper trail - let me know!
