I have checked almost all the residential project nearby NBR soul of the Seasons. I have visited 3 times.
One drawback:-
I feel, Sarjapur approaching road is bit narrow but we have many exit road from the projects towards Sarjapur, kodhathi, Gunjur-balagere to OOR, varthur to Whitefield- kind of ignore this. We will get PRR in future (may be in next 8-10 years down the line)
- This is first residential project by NBR, so being cautious on delivery time line.
Positive:-
- No litigation, legal clear project (already verified )
- 9.65 acres and only 594 units all 3bhk, 88% open space, resort theme, almost all the amenities, you think.
-Experience centre is excellent and model flat is also done well. One of the feel good in this project.
- Advanced Mivan quality construction with B+G+22/24/26 high rise building with 3.10meter floor-to-floor height as per mentioned in BSR infra site(BSR infra- construction partner of the project)
-They launched phase-2 in feb-2026 as well. But phase-1 is on full swing, almost 4th floor construction is going on (end of april-2026)
- Promised to deliver phase-1 by dec-2028 and with phase-2, full completion is by Nov-2029 (- little doubt if it will be completed on-time).
-SriSri Ravishankar vidya Mandir is just opposite to the project. (One of the plus point for me, kids don't waste much spending in Bangalore traffic- initial peace mind for early growth) Other option, NPS east also is within 2km.
- 3bhk price is also competative as compared to all nearby projects (sanjivini adwaith, abhee calastial city, mana skanda the right life, Nambiar District25- these have better connectivity, they cut down on other aspects)
Please suggest me whether I should go for or having any other drawback to reconsider again?
