I have ordered riverside 120 and just received it yesterday now there are somewhat issues with gear I tried some yt tutorial but still not able to do can you please provide me good video or post which can help me calibre smooth shift

I am new to riding first my budget was around 9k but was not getting anything worthy at that price many of you all recommended me riverside 120 which i just ordered I got is around 11.5k after purchasing Decathlon vochers from magic pin. Now i want some basic accessories for the same as I have extended the budget I have only minor room so I didn't got it from Decathlon please suggest me some mud gaurds bottle holder and any other if need with the links also I have seen a generic speedometer for around 300 on various places is it worth it anyone has experience looks cool though!!
So I am a newbie (5'10) entering cycling and want to puchase a bike now my budget was under 9k but when I got to know about things I was getting I upgraded my budget to almost 12k many of you all suggested riverside 120 in my previous post now when I explored more into market I got to know many things firstly I am thinking of preferring an hybrid cycle as per my need now I also want gears. Now there is a company called roadgaint they are offering a cycle named Bro Code hybrid 700c cyclewith 21 shimano tourney gears and aluminium alloy frame in 11.5 k(gears) and 9k(single speed) also there is cardillac Rooster 29T which is mtb with lockout suspension with similar price and aluminium frame. Should I go with them or stick to riverside and need reason for what i should do.
Edit: For riverside which framesize should I choose M or L for 5'10
I wanted to buy a cycle under 9k need front suspension not sure about gears and need good breaking and my height is almost 5'11" so suggest me any which is available online and worth my money
