From where do you all buy VP and how do you get the address perfectly correct or is necessary to get VP?

My xfiber is showing a red symbol in GPON and having no internet. I have tried to ask in customer service they said it a technical issue but won't let me talk to any real person or even raise issue. It just having upgrade may face difficulty 😭, what should I do?
