hi, so i bought an ipod 6th gen and tried to connect it to my macbook and whenever i try to push it to factory reset it just doesnt do anything. in the finder folder every folder seems empty as well, also trying to manually dragging music into the ipod (apple music) it just crashes, as well as syncing. i use a macbook 2024 with the latest iOS. what the fuck
