Just returned from Disney (and it was fantastic!). I found other peoples' budgets helpful as I planned, so I thought I'd share ours here. This was for 5 people (2 adults and three children, 8, 11, and 13 y.o.). We stayed one night at a deluxe resort near Magic Kingdom, then 3 nights at a moderate resort, and did 3 park days. We tried to economize on food (buying groceries for breakfast and lunch), but also had a few splurges. I was keeping track of the yellow expenses as we went along (I charged it all to the same card to make that easy). So this budget shows what I had figured costs to be, and what they actually were (blue). I signed up for a Disney Visa to get the $600 bonus to use for the trip, but I have savings that I'm going to use to pay it off right away, so there won't be any interest charges.
