Is the NERF culture still active?

I have a really old NERF CS-18 Elite Rapidstrike(currently unavailable in India) that I accidentally bought two of when I was a teenager.
I purchased it for 8k each. and one of them is spotless with the original box it came in.

Where should I look for buyers or collectors in Bangalore?

do people actually buy second hand books off Reddit?

Hey! I am an avid reader but have recently been looking to downsize my collection.
Cause I am super against the idea of hoarding.

I have about 8 titles that I would like to sell, all in good condition. what do you think is a good price?

I’m a SMM & creative strategist: link your Instagram here and I'll run a free audit

I see so many small businesses on here with incredible products but social media that looks unplanned or off brand entirely.

I spend my day-to-day building content IPs and helping businesses grow their profiles, so I have a bit of an eye for what works and what doesn't

DM/comment your profile and I'll take a look!

I'll help your business tell better stories!

I do creative strategy and writing for a living, and I’m looking to connect with more small business owners in this community.

If you’ve been struggling to manage your socials or you feel like your messaging isn't hitting the mark, I’d love to help out. I can do a quick audit of your current setup and give you some ideas on how to make it more cohesive (and less of a headache to manage).

Just drop a comment with what you do and your handle/site. I'll get to as many as I can today!

I’ll audit your social media for a cup of coffee

Ahahah not exactly but I’ll actually audit your socials for 5$

I’ll give your pointed feedback, about your content, your overall strategy, what working and what’s not working

I will also review your branding and give you directional feedback and also work on a document giving you three new repeatable ideas as content IPs to work with

Hi! I recently got to pitch an early stage founder to work for their socials and build them a website

Can you help me decide how much I should be charging ?
And what’s a reasonable amount for someone doing it for 2 years

This is one of my first international clients so I’m a little confused on pricing

They’re based out of Switzerland

I’m gonna manage their social media entirely, writing, designing editing everything and I’ll also work on completely new branding for them

It's been 6 months since I decided to quit my full-time job as a Marketing Associate and start freelancing as a writer and creative director. Quite honestly, it still feels like one of the most scary things. As i write this post rn, raging with caffience, I feel scared. Because it's been a very deeply humbling experience.

I would remember reaching out to 100s of people over a week, and then once I discovered reddit, I would just end up skimming through subreddits all the time, looking for gigs.

My first social media gig paid me 150$ a month, that was 5 months ago.

I made 5$ edits as well.

I think I have come to a place where I can comfortably charge 300-400$ to manage social media pages and also 30-40$ as an editor

But, it still is such a scary space.

Because you sometimes don't find clients you'd like to work with.

Long term, I think what I have wanted to is to work with founders and learn from them in the process.

Putting this out there so I might find the right ones>

Hi everyone,

I’m currently benchmarking a high-performance framework (Astro + 3D) designed to solve the "slow mobile site" problem for local service businesses like dentists, salons, and contractors.

To get real-world data for my portfolio, I’m looking to build 3 custom landing pages for active businesses this week.

How it works:

  1. I’ll build a high-speed, mobile-optimized version of your site/landing page first.
  2. You get to test the speed and UI before we discuss anything further.
  3. Transparency on Cost: The build is free for the sake of my research. If you decide you actually want to deploy it to your own domain and keep it, I’ll charge a flat fee for the setup and handoff. If not, no worries, the data alone helps me.

Why I'm doing this: Standard sites often lose 40% of leads due to load times. I’m trying to prove that a high-performance stack can significantly lower bounce rates for small businesses.

If your current site feels slow, comment with what you do or shoot me a DM with your URL. I’ll pick three different niches to test.

Cheers!

I’m currently refining my service model for local small businesses(particularly social networking platforms, clothing brands, and cafes/restaurants) . I’ve found that most owners I talk to are completely burnt out on trying to keep up with Reels, but they’ve also been burned by "managers" who just post generic graphics and don't drive actual foot traffic.

I’m moving toward a "Value-First" model where I start with a deep audit and a 4-week actionable roadmap before ever talking about a monthly contract.

My question for the owners here: When you are looking for social media help, what is the #1 thing that makes you actually trust someone? Is it a "clean" portfolio of high-end video work, or do you care more about seeing a specific plan that targets your local niche?

Trying to make sure I’m actually solving the "finding good help" problem rather than just being another noise in the inbox.

I have been seeing a lot of posts on the subreddit about business owners talking about struggling w finding a good strategy to handle socials or even ads for that matter

I would want to get to know better

If any of you would like to discuss more on this, I would be happy to offer my insights
