I accidentally passed with a microfibre cloth overly my very very hot glass stoves and cannot remove the burnt plastic anymore. Unfortunately I'm renting and this looks pretty bad also there's not much on this house I can think it may help. Any suggestion?

This is not a random question. Today I realized I totally messed up and wasted ten days of purification at the very last step in the column because of distraction. All rubbish. Tomorrow they will find out.

It happens to me way more frequently than it should, and also after speaking with my lab mates it looks like I make way more mistakes then them - and for most of these is mostly distraction, forgetting things, not paying attention, forget to write down what I do, and so on. It is a true struggle for me to be accurate and consistent, and very demoralising because I truly care a lot. This is particularly problematic because after working for a few years I'm finally about to commit to a PhD.

I used to be very precise and accurate when I was studying, but I cannot find the same precision on work. I want to demonstrate to my supervisors that they can trust me, but I'm doing the opposite. That already know how I am.

Please, if you're happened to be in a similar situation of struggle I would truly appreciate any advice. Giving up now it's not an option. Thanks
