Week 3 of Reta- fatigue is kicking my butt
Anyone else stacking peptides with their Reta for the fatigue? I'm on week 3 of Reta at 0.5mg and I'm exhausted constantly. Not really feeling the food noise suppression either. I'm eating the same as I did before starting, still getting my 120g of protein in daily. I strength train twice a week with my trainer, throw in other workouts on my own during the week, and walk 30 minutes a day. Weight hasn't budged.
I've got around 46 lbs to lose and want to go slow to hold onto muscle. Considering titrating up to 1mg on week 5. Also thinking about adding another peptide specifically for energy - what's worked for you guys?
