Hi everyone,

I recently got an offer as a campus hire for the T&T – Customer (Sales & Service) role at Deloitte India.

Had a few questions and would really appreciate any insights from people working in this domain:

•	What kind of work does this role involve on a day-to-day basis?

•	Is it more towards consulting, CRM tools (like Salesforce), or technical development?

•	Which locations/centers in India usually have these teams?

•	How is the learning curve and growth in this role?

Also, any idea about compensation structure beyond CTC?

(Like perks, allowances, what about Variable pay promised @10% etc.)

Would love to hear honest experiences—good or bad—especially from recent hires or analysts in this practice.
