For context this man (35M) is always stating publically he wants a wife. The lady (30W) hasn’t said anything about what she wants. He rang up and said this to her after losing his job then blocked her on two apps. What does this mean? If important for context both are Eastern European.

I am a visitor to USA and have met someone special who could be my future spouse (we are discussing marriage). How would I legally marry and potentially in future stay? Is it possible to get married and stay or I need to return home? Don’t mind just want to do things the right way. Thank you.
