I've heard accents from Manchester, but some people from Manchester talk differently from him. Then I thought Birmingham because I feel like I've heard it on Peaky Blinders. If anyone knows, can they comment what it might be?

EDIT: Ok so the person who sent this to me said the actor (Johnny Joelyn) is actually a Cuban-American film student from Miami so that explains why the accent was kinda off. Apparently he did this Shakespeare monologue for a drama school audition.
