Things I want from Xv3

I would love if Xv3 leaned more into proper rpg elements. So like stat or level or both requirements for skills, level requirements for transformations, maybe certain races have lower skill requirements for certain skills to highlight the traits of that race (like frieza race having lower skill requirements for ki ultimates for example), actual like tiered techniques, (so a super Kamehameha is an objectively better technique to use compared to lets say double sunday), maybe some kind of branching story that has some kind of player choice, (considering its a game about the TIME PATROL). Maybe certain techniques or transformations are harder to use for certain races (saiyans having a higher level requirement for kioken or ultra instinct do to their battle hungry nature). These are all things that would make your builds actually unique to each other instead of the same ki blast basic attach hybrid build that pretty much all your characters use. My level 1 characters who on paper is like a saiyan saga character should not be able to go ssj or use more advanced techniques like final shine attack. All these things would be amazing for being immersed in this game, and allow you to actually ROLE PLAY your character and their progression. And it would give an actual reason to replay the story multiple times. I doubt any of this would ever be in a dragon ball game considering, at the end of the day its just a licensed game. Most games for licensed properties are just "good enough" and dont really go in dept with the premises of their games. Its like these games are just another job for the studio and not made by actual fans of video games and the property.

Will installing Yet Another Weapon Complete Edition and unstalling Yet Another Weapon cause any issues with weapons from the old version on my mechs?

I want to basically keep my game from updating when the new dlc comes out that way it i can still use my mod. I know in skyrim you can do that by editing a file to read only (its been years since i did that so i dont remember the specifics). I know on xenoverse, i was able to create a whole seperate directory for my modded version so that the base game and modded version are both playable. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
