The D train (Bay Parkway stop) is 2 blocks away, buses B6, B82, B64 are on the same block as the building, & the X28 express to Manhattan is one block away (30 minute drive to downtown Manhattan). The room is unfurnished but a bed can be provided. Wifi is included in the rent. The rent is $600 per month (one person room, no couples can rent together). Guests and pets are allowed with a one time pet fee depending on weight. No smoking in the apartment. Short term or long term leasing available.
