anyone on GLP-1 actually figured out how to hit protein while appetite is basically gone

been on semaglutide for about 3 months and the appetite suppression is doing exactly what it's supposed to do but the side effect nobody warned me about is how hard it is to get enough protein in when you genuinely have no desire to eat a full meal.

i'm managing maybe 50 to 60g of protein when i should be closer to 100. the problem is anything that feels like a heavy meal is a no go and most high protein foods require eating a decent volume to get meaningful numbers.

looking for things that are protein dense, not heavy on the stomach, and ideally don't require much prep. what are people on GLP-1 actually eating that works?

been watching the e-signature and contract automation space for a few years now and the product quality has improved significantly across the board. but one thing that has not improved proportionally is genuine APAC compliance depth from the major platforms.

the marketing claims have gotten better but the actual integration depth with regional government identity infrastructure, the legal certifications for each jurisdiction, and the operational reliability in APAC markets still lags significantly for most platforms that started in the US or europe.

curious whether this is a gap that is actually closing or whether it is a structural advantage that genuinely APAC native platforms will hold for the foreseeable future.

I was reading about a case involving a high end car build that ended up in a dispute between the owner and the shops involved.

There are claims that the build didn’t match expectations and that the situation escalated after the car changed hands between different places. It made me wonder how common this actually is with complex builds like restorations or conversions.

For people who’ve been around custom projects, is this rare or something that happens more often than people think?
