What's the most annoying operational headache in your practice right now?
Solo founder here trying to learn the dental space before I build anything for it. Not selling, not pitching, just listening.
If you run or work in a US dental practice, I'd love to hear: what's the most repetitive, time-consuming, or genuinely frustrating part of running your day-to-day operations? Front desk? No-shows? Patient follow-up? Insurance? Something else entirely?
Reply here or DM me whichever feels easier. Happy to share back what I learn from other replies if it's useful to you.
Thanks for any honest thoughts.
