Just wanted to share my half marathon progress — May 2025 vs May 2026. Really happy to hit a new PB 🙌 ,biggest difference is staying consistent with intervals, long runs, and adding core and leg strength work! dont overtrain and get rest day as well ,also game changer sa kin ung practicing taking gels and hydration sa mga long run 👍 trust the process and be consistent! 😬
