hi guys, i’d like to know how much time you spent to recover from anedonia after Psychosis because the situation here is pretty heavy considering my past.

i hard a resistant depression 5 yeqrs ago but i don’t know if This Psychosis could have had worsened the situation of 5 years ago. I take my therapies but I’m so desperate… my doctor continue to say i’ll be fine but i’m losing hope…i started my recovery 4,5 months ago, is it too early? Everyone is different? Will i need many years to be ok?
