I joined [solidcore] for my mental health and to convince myself to leave the house, and somehow I’m about to hit 100 classes next month.
Now, am I the person popping up to toes and making it all look effortless? Absolutely not. I’m usually shaking, sweating, and silently negotiating with myself to take that next rep haha! I’m definitely not the strongest on the reformer, but that’s never been what this journey is about for me.
It’s given me a reason to show up for myself, something positive to be part of, and a space where I’ve been lucky that every coach has been so kind and encouraging. That kindness has meant more than they probably realize.
You never know what the person on the reformer next to you might be going through. We’re all showing up in our own way, doing the best we can. I’m just really thankful for this community and for my membership.
