Flush Cutter Recommendations
I am looking for a quality made flush cutters for trimming leads after circuit board repair.
I had a set of cutters that were poorly machined loose fitting with blades not aligned and one set that seemed to be made of annealed tool steel that had not been hardened.
I am wondering if there is a quality made tool out there that will snip resistor, capacitor, diode, etc leads crisply and flush to the solder bulb before I purchase another set of cutters.
Any recommendations would be appreciated thanks.

I had one bottle of Genuine Toyota WS ATF that was the color vegetable oil, light amber.
I bought another bottle, time it is light red.
The bottles were both sourced from a dealers, but different dealers.
Is there such a thing as "counterfeit" Toyota oil, of is this just a thing.
