Three-position micro slide switch recommendations?

I’ve been planning a Bluetooth mod for my old 5.5 gen iPod for weeks now, and the part giving me the biggest headache isn’t the wiring or battery placement. It’s finding a tiny three position slide switch that fits inside the case without forcing me to remove the hold switch or headphone jack completely. What I’m hoping for is an OFF, ON, and momentary ON setup in something close to the size of an SK13D07VG4. Space inside these older iPods is absurdly limited once you start adding extra hardware. I think there might be enough room between the hold switch and headphone jack if I shave down part of the internal frame carefully. Most tutorials I’ve watched sacrifice existing controls, but I’m stubborn and want everything to remain usable if possible. The challenge is finding a switch small enough without feeling fragile or impossible to solder. I’ve checked the usual electronics distributors plus some specialty component catalogs linked to online manufacturing suppliers, but filtering tiny switches by exact functionality is driving me insane. Anyone here know a reliable micro slide switch close to those

I recently bought a house built sometime in the 60s, and while the exterior doors themselves seem decent enough, the frames feel weak and drafty. You can literally see light around parts of the door when it’s shut, and during colder mornings, there’s a noticeable temperature difference near both entrances. At first I planned on replacing everything completely with metal framed security doors because in my head that sounded stronger and longer lasting. Then I started reading more posts from homeowners saying reinforced wood frames with longer screws and upgraded strike plates already make a huge difference without replacing the whole setup. Now I’m stuck between fully upgrading or simply reinforcing what I already have. The existing doors are metal, so maybe the frames are the main issue. I’ve also learned there are tons of manufacturers producing similar jamb systems and hardware. One supplier explained that many metal frame components originate from online manufacturing networks before reaching local distributors and installers. For homeowners who upgraded frames instead of entire doors, did it solve your security and insulation problems?

We’ve been laminating badges for events, and the process is starting to feel too slow for our volume. Right now, we laminate manually using pouches, and while it works, it takes a lot of time and slows everything down. We’ve been looking into laminating machines that can handle feeding, laminating, and trimming automatically, but most options seem either too basic or too large for what we need. Our volume is somewhere in the middle, so it feels like we do not fit into either category. I’ve seen different machine setups being discussed, including automated systems similar to those mentioned across online shops and it seems like there are a lot of variations depending on scale. So now I’m trying to figure out if there’s a practical solution that fits mid-level production without going overboard. If anyone has experience with machines in this range, I’d really appreciate hearing what worked for you.

Hey commanders, I’ve been playing ED for years now, and I’m finally thinking about jumping into VR. I feel like it could take the whole experience to another level. Before I commit, I wanted to ask what kind of VR hardware setups people are using these days. I’m curious about everything from headsets to controllers to full setups. I’m running on PC and trying to figure out what specs matter most for a smooth experience. GPU, CPU, tracking, all that stuff. I don’t want to build something that struggles once I start playing. I’ve seen different setups people talk about, from simple ones to full cockpit builds, and even broader hardware combinations mentioned in places like Alibaba discussions, which made me realize how customizable this can get. Would love to hear what you’re using and how it performs in-game.
