I was gifted this by one of my elderly residents and idk what to do with it. I have a few smaller monsteras but this one is whew a lot. I think it is root bound and has at least 5-6 plants in there. I want to separate them but idk where to start. There are new leaves with fenestrations so I that’s a good sign i guess. All advice welcome
