I currently live in Arizona (moved here about 6 months ago) but I have a car in SC I need to go back and sell and want to use Carvana but I don’t know if the car will start or not. If I put on the questionnaire that the car will start and they get there and it doesn’t will they fully decline or reduce the offer?
