Hello, so I ordered something off of Shinedown’s store two weeks ago today, and I still haven’t gotten any shipping/tracking information from Shop. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe Shinedown’s store usually processes orders within 7-10 business days, so I’m now over that. I emailed their support email and got a message back saying that they’re experiencing a high volume of inquires at the moment. I know that part’s just an automated response, but is anyone else in the same boat I am?
