Been following this routine for almost a month now. Guy gave it to me who actually competes and (for me) it’s worked great. I’m up 133-150 already now which is a lot, but haven’t noticed much “fat”.

I just started lifting and I feel like these 2 parts are what’s keeping me looking “small” I guess lol. What workouts would you typically work for these muscles? Like I said I just started this month so I’m not sure what to do.

I started off at 133-135 about 3 weeks ago and now I’m up to 145. Is it just water weight or is there any legit difference? I’m only 17

Any real difference? I’ve been trying to bulk for the past few weeks. I went from 133-145 pretty quickly but I’m worried it’s just fat. Not sure if I’m doing something wrong.
