I have posted this plant before. She is continuing to get worse. She has indirect sunlight and is not dry.

I had let her dry out accidentally and then did a good soak. That didn’t seem to help much. I haven’t watered since.

At the advice provided I have taken her out of her dirt. She was in a typical plant soil with a large amount of perlite.

To me it doesn’t look like the roots are bad. It was a large root ball that I worked to separate.

The photo is of three root balls and stems. They all seem to have the darkening at the very bottom.

What do I do now to give her a chance?
