How is this area of WPB? Safe? Great for a young family?

My wife (27F) and I (28M) are thinking of moving from Broward to WPB. We see a few houses we really love in this area but aren’t too sure of the safety aspects.

Does anyone currently live in this area? Is it safe and friendly for young families?

Any insight would be helpful!
