Working with a client actively looking to purchase a villa in Saadiyat Lagoons, Abu Dhabi.
Requirement is straightforward:
• 4BR or larger
• Preferably good plot/location within the community
• Open to both off-plan resales and near-handover units

Buyer is genuine and ready to move if the right unit comes up.
Not looking for inflated pricing — ideally something that makes sense compared to current market and original launch values.
