So I am a content creator who has been facing an extreme hate campaign that probably resulted in me being canceled all together. I used to be well respected a few years ago when I first started out making content until a couple of trolls came along and made it their mission to get me canceled. They started making up fake lies about me being a PDF file when it isn't even true and they started making videos about me spreading lies and etc. I started getting suspended and banned from all platforms and now I'm basically having to share my stuff as unlisted onto a couple of groups that I'm in just so that I can have some peace of mind. Recently was the birthday of one of my favorite artists and so I made a little tribute video to them and so I posted that video into the group, hoping to get some good vibes back but I was hit with total silence. No one liked my video or even said anything to me and it was rather ignored. I got extremely mad and so I called up one of my friends and went on an hour long non stop rant about it and my friend got mad and told me to zip my trap. He told me "you brought this all onto yourself by being a creep online. people don't like it when a guy doesn't respect that a woman is in a relationship or engaged and refuses to remove their picture together to respect her fiance. you did this to that other singer and disrespected her and her fiance. why should anybody give you love when you make this video for this singer ?" I told him that I don't need to respect her fiance. I told my friend that she is a public figure so she should expect that people will have a folder or an album full of pictures that they took with her. I told my friend "too bad if he doesn't like it.". My friend then got super mad and replied "This is why people canceled you cause your just a downright fricking asshole." Am I the asshole for being mad at people canceling and not liking my stuff ?
