Hi im fairly new to linux and am having a issue where only half my ram is usable

I have a i7 860

Msi p55 gd65 motherboard

And 4x4gb sticks of 1333mhz ram

I've tried using different ram sticks and have tested all slots individually

Any help would be greatly appreciated
