Has anyone at UIUC ever had a PrairieLearn/CBTF exam show up as “no submission” even though you completed it?

I took an ASTR 310 CBTF notebook exam on May 5th. During the exam, I specifically checked that all required cells compiled successfully, the notebook saved correctly, and the outputs looked right before submitting.

However, Canvas now shows a 0 and “no submission,” and PrairieLearn does not show any submission record either. The TA feedback also literally says “no submission.” Since this course only have 3 exams and I received a 0 for the last one, my grade looks horrible and im panicing rn.
