I know its her choice but i have recently been on instagram , my bff has about 20k followers and when i checked the list it was all bots and fake accounts. Also she ignored me for a guy in college and i am so hurt. I feel so sick

I am 20. I don't know if i am introverted , but i dont like to talk to people and generally stay very silent. People say i have good communication skills etc, but when i talk to someone i get zoned out very easily. I am not good at small talks but i can only truly concentrate for like 5 mins, after that my mind goes blank. Also i dont understand what people say, it takes me atleast 15 seconds to process what is being told. I have never been good academically and really really struggle to focus. Is this like adhd
