online/app payments being restricted
For about nearly a year now my account has not been able to be paid for through the app or with the online portal. Every time I am forced to pay thru phone calls and charged a fee for it. I constantly have a notification saying online payment with be available within xx time but after a year it's not worked for my account.
Chatting with reps get me nothing but "pay by phone and in 2-3days you can pay online" but still no online payment access.
Anyone have any advice or experience with this issue? Kinda getting tired of paying extra 3 or 5 $ just to pay thru phone calls
