I am a paddle boarder and kayaker just depends on the day and my mood ! I’m looking for new spots to go because I go pretty frequently ( 1x per week in the nicer months here in NY) and am just looking for some new scenery!

I have the go paddle app but it doesn’t seem to be up to date bc every location I click hasn’t had comments or updates since 2022 - I don’t mind still going but many places either are closed bc of nature or now private sites. Which is fine I guess but I would rather know BEFORE I get there and pack up my car and drive ( especially with these gas prices ) and yes I do google the sites as well but you get a ton of cross information so I just want to know if there’s a new app we’re all using

I’m looking for a spa gel pedicure in a nice clean space that is also relaxing.

I tried complexions and while my tech was wonderful I just wasn’t impressed with the cost versus how my service was !

can be anywhere in the capital district, willing to drive wherever!
