HSK 3 possible by September if I start today?
Greetings everyone! :)
I am seeking your opinion on the feasibility of a particular goal.
I have received a recommendation to apply for a scholarship that requires successful completion of HSK 3. The application deadline for this scholarship is October 2026.
From an academic perspective, I've always been a strong student (no self-glaze). I have incidentally acquired foundational Chinese language skills through media and am hella motivated to formally learn the language to participate in the aforementioned scholarship program.
However, I would appreciate your assessment on whether this timeline is realistic for achieving the required proficiency. I am currently in my final two semesters of high school, and aside from my six-week summer break, I expect having only approximately an hour daily to practice Chinese. If you deem it possible, Im definitely willing to give my absolute best.
