Hi guys I have been lurking for a while. I have a domestic incident that result in an arrest and charges turn out dismissed (no indictment). That is the only time i have run into trouble, not even a traffic ticket. Is it possible to get moral waiver or suitability review? I feel so defeated that my recruiter said he could not go further with my application. My now wife which is ‘alleged victim’ is willing to support myself joining but after seeing my rap sheet and police report they do not want to risk it for a DQ. Could i possibly get mine expunged (i am still going to disclose all my charges) and apply with another recruiter?
