5080 has anyone noticed massive performance gains with the latest driver?

I've got a Zotac Amp Extreme Infinity, and it has been a good performing card. Today, I updated to the latest driver, and for fun, I decided to run a Steel Nomad benchmark to see if the driver helped with performance. I was shocked that with my stable gaming OC, I pulled a 9897. My highest before was a 9913 with a max OC that wasn't stable for gaming. Afterwards, I launched Crimson Desert, and it was running at 240fps with all settings maxed, DLSS 4.5 quality, and dynamic FG, but no ray reconstruction. Last time I played, I was getting around 200fps with the same settings, but when I activated RR, it dipped down to 70fps and ran like garbage. Seeing I was maxing out my monitor's refresh rate and holding, I decided to see what kind of hit RR would give me, and it was steadily holding around 200-220fps, and my GPU never went above 65 degrees. I know the game could have been optimized in the two weeks I haven't played, but that doesn't answer why my Steel Nomad score went up so much. So I'm wondering, has anyone else noticed a performance uplift with their 5080 since the latest driver that was released today? Maybe a good driver finally explains Steel Nomad, and mixed with game optimization for Crimson Desert double whammy, it honestly feels like I got a better GPU.

I'm ready to cut the cable and am looking for a mid to high-end wireless mouse. So far, I'm leaning towards the Logitech G502X Plus, but I want to know if there are other better options I'm overlooking. Budget isn't really a concern, but I also don't want to spend $300+ on a mouse unless there's a good reason for it that I can't think of.
